Our homes can take on the appearance of a traditional home or can assume the look and style of today’s most contemporary structures. And because we can offer you a vast array of shapes and sizes to choose from, you’ll be empowered to create the home that best fits your needs.
Our products
We’ve developed two different prototypes of our future homes, all of which with the ability to reduce the square footage size. Our homes are built to State Uniform Dwelling Codes and can be easily put on a frame for transportation. We can also add a permanent foundation such as a basement, and all homes are equipped with a furnace and water heater

Great for young families, possible roommates, or even frequent guests. The 7.0 is a larger space with the same green amenities, your utilities won’t be able to tell the difference. With plenty of natural lighting, the house offers an inviting atmosphere. The VHOME 7.0 offers accommodations for comfortable separate living with 2 beds and 2.5 bathrooms. The 7.0 is the larger of the two options, but still offers superior natural light, functionality, and well planned storage space for all residence of the home.

Production
If a particular model is not in stock, the production of your new home will take 4 to 8 weeks to complete.

Delivery and installation
We can deliver and install the house within 5 to 10 days. If your model and its accessories are not currently in stock please allow 4 to 8 weeks to complete productions and an additional 5 or 10 days for delivery and install.

We produce and sell the finest quality modern looking modular homes while providing an exceptional experience to our customers from start to finish.
Once you’ve ordered your customized home, production time will be considerably shorter than the time needed to build a conventional home. The main reason is that our modular homes are already premade and can be relocated to the plot of land you selected online. And because 80 to 90 percent of the structure is completed in the factory, there are fewer delays caused by inspections and bad weather at the building site. And the chance of material theft and vandalism is minimized.
